The team is seeking an Engineering Manager for their Access Essentials team within the Core Product division. This role is pivotal in securing identities across various platforms, including AI and human identity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on identity security or related fields.
- Strong technical background in software development, preferably with experience in technologies such as React, AWS, or similar.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project management.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for building innovative solutions.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in engineering management or a related role.
