About this role
The team is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple engineering teams. In this role, you will oversee the complete software development lifecycle from architecture and design through deployment and production operations. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Architecture, Operations, and other business leaders to establish technical direction and define engineering roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure high-quality software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain best practices for software development and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in software engineering and management roles.
