The team is seeking a Vice President of Software Engineering to lead engineering initiatives in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions that connect people and capital with ideas, while addressing complex engineering challenges for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to develop scalable software and systems.
- Architect low latency infrastructure solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
- Implement proactive measures to guard against cyber threats and ensure data security.
- Leverage machine learning and financial engineering to optimize data utilization and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering, with a strong background in system architecture.
- Expertise in low latency systems, cybersecurity, and machine learning applications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
- Familiarity with financial services and engineering best practices is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in software engineering and leadership roles.
