The team is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join the agile AI Innovation Acceleration team in Bengaluru. This dynamic team operates with the speed and spirit of a startup, focusing on rapidly prototyping and building cutting-edge AI use cases that address critical business needs. The primary goal is to demonstrate the transformative potential of AI within the firm, delivering impactful solutions and transferring code, knowledge, and ownership to respective business and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business challenges.
- Design, develop, and prototype AI-driven solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of prototypes to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Document processes, code, and knowledge for handover to business and engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in software engineering or AI development.
