The team is seeking an experienced Engineer specializing in RTOS Firmware Development to join their dynamic Life Safety Division. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing next-generation technology solutions that enhance user interaction with devices. You will collaborate with a creative and motivated team, tackling innovative challenges and modernizing existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement firmware for real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture.
- Troubleshoot and debug firmware issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in firmware development, particularly with RTOS.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware-software integration.
- Experience with debugging tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
