The team is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of their innovative technology platform that connects brands with service partners in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for improving software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Conduct performance and regression testing to ensure system stability.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
