About this role
As an Engineer - OT Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of cybersecurity for the team Power Conversion and Storage (PCS) business lines Operational Technology (OT) portfolio. You will bridge the gap between secure product architecture and regulatory compliance. This role requires collaboration with global stakeholders to design secure-by-design control systems, manage vulnerability lifecycles, and ensure our portfolio meets rigorous cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cybersecurity measures for OT systems within the PCS portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure product architectures.
- Manage vulnerability assessments and lifecycle management for OT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Design and implement strategies for secure control systems.
- Provide technical guidance on cybersecurity best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in OT cybersecurity or related fields.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience with vulnerability management and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies relevant to OT environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
