The team is seeking an Engineer - IT Application Admin and Cyber Security to enhance their cybersecurity defenses. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong IT security mindset and a commitment to proactive threat detection and response, ensuring the robust security of applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct security monitoring, including SentinelOne incident response and security analytics.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on applications and systems.
- Implement and manage security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configurations and compliance with security best practices.
- Respond to security incidents and provide detailed analysis and reporting.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT application administration and cybersecurity, with 5-8 years in a relevant role.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Proficiency in security tools such as SentinelOne, SIEM solutions, and vulnerability scanners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
