The team is seeking an experienced Engineer specializing in Mobile Device Management (MDM) with a focus on Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying software, managing updates, and ensuring compliance for end-user Windows devices. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting infrastructure and client issues while optimizing deployment workflows for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy software and manage updates for end-user devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Ensure compliance of devices and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Optimize deployment workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create custom reports to monitor device compliance and performance.
- Manage system upgrades and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Management (MEM) tools.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and device management.
- Proven troubleshooting skills related to infrastructure and client devices.
- Ability to create and analyze custom reports for device compliance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in MDM and endpoint management.
