The team is seeking an Endpoint Systems Engineer (L2) to join their IT team in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions to address real-world energy challenges. You will report directly to the Manager of Endpoint Systems and collaborate with a dynamic team focused on cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage endpoint systems and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to endpoint devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and security.
- Monitor and maintain endpoint security protocols and compliance standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in endpoint systems engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in endpoint management tools and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
