About this role
The team is seeking a skilled End User Computing Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing email communication systems, specifically as a Microsoft 365 Exchange Administrator. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring security and compliance while supporting Microsoft 365 services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Exchange Online.
- Ensure seamless communication between cloud and on-premises environments.
- Integrate advanced email security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Provide top-notch support to end-users regarding email and Microsoft 365 services.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement best practices and improve system reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online.
- Proficiency in managing email security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with cloud and on-premises integration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively support end-users.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on Microsoft 365 administration and site reliability engineering.
