About this role
The team is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer specializing in Sensor I/O to join their embedded targets team. In this role, you will develop programming solutions that facilitate easy access to sensors and support the implementation of advanced algorithms such as sensor fusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement software solutions for sensor integration.
- Develop and maintain device drivers for various sensors (e.g., PWM, ADC).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements.
- Conduct testing and debugging of embedded software in development environments.
- Optimize software for performance and reliability in embedded systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in embedded software development.
- Proficiency in programming with C for embedded processors.
- Familiarity with MATLAB for algorithm development and testing.
- Experience with embedded development environments, including IDEs and debuggers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
