About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Embedded Project Manager to lead the design and development of mission-critical embedded systems for Defense, Aerospace, and Satellite Communication applications. This role requires a strong background in embedded systems and project management, with a focus on driving innovation and efficiency in product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end embedded product development processes.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across embedded system architecture and design.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to Defense and Aerospace sectors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in embedded systems project management.
- Proven experience in leading projects in Defense, Aerospace, or Satellite Communication sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems design and development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
