The team is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager specializing in DI - ATS Control Software. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of advanced control software for automotive applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for automotive technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers in the design and development of control software for automotive systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software development.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automotive software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development for automotive control systems.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C/C++ and Python.
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN).
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies, including Agile.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development and team management.
