About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Eagle Developer/Support L2/L3 to join their team. This role involves providing high-level support and development for Eagle Investment Systems applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Eagle Investment Systems applications.
- Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Eagle MC, Panels, and IWS.
- Work on application enhancements, customizations, and technical improvements.
- Support end-to-end troubleshooting of Eagle-related application and data issues.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and manage database-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Eagle Investment Systems, specifically in development and support roles.
- Strong expertise in SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Eagle MC, Panels, and IWS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a relevant role, with a strong focus on Eagle applications and support.
