About this role
The team is seeking a Principal Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (ERP) Database and Application DBA to manage and support their global ERP architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Applications and a strong background in database administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the global Oracle ERP database architecture.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle ERP Applications R12.1/R12.2.
- Ensure the performance, availability, and security of Oracle databases 11g / 12c / 19c.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for Oracle ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to application users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of solid hands-on experience as an Oracle ERP Applications DBA.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration and system administration.
- Experience with Oracle ERP R12 and its various modules.
- Proficiency in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Oracle databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
