About this role
The team is seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer with a strong background in eLearning technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing engaging eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and other rapid authoring tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop eLearning modules based on provided storyboards.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to confirm course specifications and resources.
- Create content for various learning modalities, including instructor-led training, webinars, and video.
- Ensure that all eLearning content is interactive, user-friendly, and meets quality standards.
- Stay updated on eLearning trends and best practices to enhance course offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in eLearning development with a focus on Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with multimedia production and graphic design tools is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in eLearning development or a related field.
