About this role
The team is seeking a creative and experienced E-Learning Developer for a 3-4 month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will transform existing training content, instructional design materials, voiceovers, and learning assets into engaging, interactive e-learning experiences. This role has the potential to convert into a full-time position based on project performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and create effective instructional designs.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as audio, video, and animations to enhance learner engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of e-learning modules.
- Provide ongoing support and updates to existing e-learning content as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-learning development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and other e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in e-learning development or instructional design.
