About this role
The team is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM & Copilot Studio Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Copilot Studio.
- Create and manage applications with Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Build AI-powered agents and chatbots leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless system integrations.
- Monitor and maintain AI models, focusing on hosting, observability, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Understanding of AI and automation concepts.
- Familiarity with MS Foundry or Azure AI Foundry is preferred.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and C# is essential.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and system integration.
