About this role
The team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce. In this role, you will partner with functional experts across the organization to gather and build requirements and user stories. You will consult with business stakeholders on new solutions and assist in their implementation on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with users to optimize their business processes.
- Lead CRM group meetings to drive business priorities and initiatives.
- Make recommendations for improvements to enhance user experience and increase system adoption.
- Review and analyze the content of existing processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support user engagement and system utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions to drive consensus and action.
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform functionalities and best practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business analysis and Salesforce implementation.
