About this role
The team is seeking a Duck Creek Policy Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products using the Duck Creek platform. You will also document technical and solution approaches for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop P&C insurance products on the Duck Creek platform.
- Document technical specifications and solution approaches for projects.
- Perform coding, unit testing, and code reviews within the Duck Creek environment.
- Coach and support junior developers in best practices and technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Duck Creek, including Ratings, Forms, and Pages.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain.
- Experience with coding and unit testing in Duck Creek.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Duck Creek development and P&C insurance products.
