About this role
The team is seeking a Senior .Net Engineer/Architect with extensive experience in VB.Net, SQL, API, and ASP.Net. This role is based onsite in Cameron, LA, and requires a candidate with a strong background in financial services. The ideal candidate will not only be able to build new systems but also understand and troubleshoot complex existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in VB.Net, SQL, API, and ASP.Net.
- Experience in financial services is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with software development best practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in .NET development and architecture.
