About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Dot Net Developer to join their engineering team in Bangalore, focusing on health insurance solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining APIs and writing secure code using various .NET technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain APIs using Web API and Service Stack.
- Develop secure applications using ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC.
- Implement coding standards in C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Utilize jQuery and frameworks for front-end development.
- Define service interfaces using HTTPS/JSON and apply OOP principles.
- Work with containerization and Dependency Injection methodologies.
- Use ORM tools like Entity Framework or equivalent for database interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ASP.NET and ADO.NET.
- Proficient in C#, .NET framework, and SQL.
- Familiarity with web services and API development.
- Understanding of front-end technologies including jQuery.
- Experience with Dependency Injection and containerization.
- Knowledge of ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in .NET development, with a focus on API and web application development.
