The team is seeking a Director of Technical Consulting with a focus on Salesforce Enterprise Architecture. This role is pivotal in leading strategic engagements within the Salesforce Professional Services - Global Delivery Centre (GDC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining transformational opportunities and executing change programs that enhance customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-cloud delivery capabilities across all Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
- Drive innovation and growth initiatives within the Salesforce Professional Services.
- Establish best practices for technical consulting and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a strong understanding of Salesforce products and solutions.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in technical consulting, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
