The team is seeking a Director of Software Engineering Lead to set the technical direction for enterprise-scale AI applications that drive measurable value and improve patient outcomes. This leadership role involves providing deep technical guidance for AI-powered products and platforms, ensuring the responsible adoption of Generative AI and machine learning at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the architecture, standards, and platform capabilities for AI applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering leadership roles, particularly in AI and machine learning domains.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Expertise in technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in managing large-scale software projects from conception to deployment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
