Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering leadership roles, with a strong background in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
