About this role
The team is seeking a Director of Software Development for their Cell Therapy IT division. This role is crucial in building the digital backbone that enables the delivery of next-generation cell therapies to patients at scale. You will be responsible for developing and delivering software platforms that support end-to-end activities related to cell therapy, including development, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:

Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership, preferably within the healthcare or biotechnology industry.
