About this role
The team is seeking a Director of Security Engineering to lead their global security initiatives for Product and Cloud Security. This role is critical in developing strategies to protect autonomous agent workflows and ensuring the integrity of Model Context Protocols (MCP) and RAG pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the global multi-year roadmap for Product and Cloud Security.
- Design and implement runtime guardrails to prevent prompt injection, goal hijacking, and unauthorized tool-calling by autonomous agents.
- Oversee the security architecture for agent sandboxing and isolated execution to ensure untrusted code/tool outputs cannot compromise the host.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into product development.
- Monitor emerging threats and adjust security strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security engineering, with a focus on cloud and product security.
- Strong understanding of autonomous agents, MCP, and RAG pipelines.
- Expertise in designing security architectures and implementing runtime guardrails.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in security engineering or related fields, with a track record of leading security initiatives.
