About this role
The team is seeking a Director of Product Development to lead the architecture and delivery of AI capabilities across their platform and product portfolio. This is a technical leadership role responsible for overseeing how AI is built, integrated, and operated at scale while building and managing the engineering organization behind it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies and initiatives.
- Own the shared AI platform and its underlying data and knowledge foundation.
- Drive AIOps practices and ensure economic accountability for AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and develop the engineering team to foster innovation and excellence.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in AI technology to inform product development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product development and AI engineering, with a strong technical background.
- Expertise in AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms and scalable architecture.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years in product development, with a focus on AI and engineering leadership roles.
