The team is seeking a Director of Master Data Management (MDM) to lead their data governance and management initiatives. This role involves overseeing the strategy and implementation of MDM practices to enhance data quality and accessibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the MDM strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the MDM team to ensure effective data governance and management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement solutions.
- Monitor data quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish and enforce data standards and best practices across the organization.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in data management, with a focus on MDM.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and tools.
- Experience with data modeling, data quality, and data integration technologies.
- Proficient in MDM software solutions and data management platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
