We are seeking an experienced Director – IT Infrastructure to lead and manage the organization's internal IT infrastructure and services.
In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for optimizing performance, enhancing security, and driving innovation within the IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT infrastructure team in the development and execution of infrastructure strategies.
- Manage and optimize cloud services, including AWS and Azure, to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Oversee network architecture and security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on infrastructure performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, and cloud services.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
