About this role
The team is seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations to lead and manage all aspects of IT infrastructure operations. This role encompasses on-premises systems, data centres, cloud environments, and network architecture. The ideal candidate will design and implement a hybrid cloud strategy that balances performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of IT infrastructure operations ensuring 24/7 availability, scalability, and security of mission-critical systems.
- Design and implement a hybrid cloud strategy to optimize performance and cost.
- Drive network modernization and enhance connectivity across domestic and international sites.
- Establish and enforce global IT governance, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and cloud operations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Expertise in network architecture and data centre management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, data privacy, and compliance regulations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in IT infrastructure and cloud operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
