Director, Information Security

The team is seeking a Director of Information Security to provide technical leadership and strategic direction for their security initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team of senior security engineers, focusing on both traditional information security practices and the integration of agentic AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 senior security engineers, fostering their growth in technical skills and knowledge.
• Set the technical direction for security projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Review code and architecture decisions to maintain high security standards.
• Own the design, deployment, and evolution of an intelligent security response platform.
• Develop and manage a Python-based, AI-driven pipeline for automating vulnerability discovery and contextual triage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture and response strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in information security, with a strong focus on technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI-driven security tools and platforms.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing engineering teams.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-10 years in information security or a related field, with significant experience in a leadership role.
