About this role
The team is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Enterprise Platforms & Technology (EP&T) organization. This role is pivotal in managing third-party SaaS platforms that drive business operations, including Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, as well as developing AI infrastructure that enhances employee interactions with these systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the engineering team responsible for the integration and optimization of SaaS platforms.
- Drive the development of AI solutions that improve task completion and employee support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering teams and projects.
- Strong background in SaaS platforms, particularly Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
- Expertise in AI technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
Experience: 8-10 years in engineering leadership roles, with a focus on SaaS and AI technologies.
