The team is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead and enhance their data-driven initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in data engineering, architecture, and analytics, who can effectively manage delivery and account leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and implementation of data solutions across the organization.
- Lead a team of data professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Manage end-to-end data projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain data architecture frameworks, including data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data management and analytics across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 14 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, and analytics.
- Proven expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT tools (such as Alteryx, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, dbt).
- Experience with cloud data platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Strong architectural experience in designing data solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in data analytics and engineering roles.
