About this role
The team is seeking a Director of Blockchain Architecture to lead the design and architecture of applications within the Digital Assets portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the development of highly available, scalable, and resilient solutions within the blockchain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect applications that leverage blockchain technology.
- Drive innovation through prototyping and recommending solutions for decentralized finance (DeFi) applications.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to adopt and integrate emerging technologies.
- Define and establish blockchain architecture standards and best practices.
- Lead a team of architects and engineers to execute blockchain projects effectively.
- Conduct research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in blockchain architecture and application design.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies and frameworks, including Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar.
- Proven track record of developing scalable and resilient applications.
- Experience in decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to drive innovation and manage complex projects.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience in blockchain architecture and application development.
