About this role

The team is seeking a Director/Associate Director of Technical Consulting to lead technical and test environment support for multiple account implementations of O2C products. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of projects involving both the team and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project implementation technical support for O2C products.
  • Maintain overall User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Hypercare, and Training environments across various platforms including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Equinix.
  • Ensure that all environments are running with greater than 98% uptime.
  • Innovate through design, development, and maintenance of technical solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical consulting and project management, particularly in the O2C domain.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in technical consulting or a similar role.
