The team is seeking an experienced Digital Solution Architect Senior Advisor specializing in technology-based business process solutions to join their dynamic Digital BPS team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME), collaborating closely with clients to understand their business challenges and providing consulting and solutioning to address these issues using AI and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to identify and analyze their business problems.
- Design and implement effective AI technologies and methods to address client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in AI and automation.
- Lead workshops and presentations to communicate solutions to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a solution architect, with a focus on business process solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI and automation technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with consulting and client engagement.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture or a related field.
