The team is seeking a Digital Product Owner with expertise in Salesforce to join their dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on product goals.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product enhancements and new features.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically with Salesforce products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive product improvements.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer experience design is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in product management or ownership, with a focus on digital solutions.
