About this role
The team is seeking a DevSecOps Services Technical Lead to spearhead the implementation of DevSecOps for their Grid Software products at customer sites. This is a critical, high-visibility role that requires strong customer engagement to ensure seamless deployments across Customer Reference Environments, Development, Quality Assurance, and Production using continuous deployment automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the DevSecOps implementation and strategy for software products.
- Ensure regular deployments to various environments through effective continuous deployment automation.
- Contribute to the definition of standards for deployment automation, security measures, and ecosystem tooling.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to enhance deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve deployment challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DevSecOps practices and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes.
- Familiarity with security best practices in software development and deployment.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps or related fields.
