About this role
The team is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join their team as a Team Lead/Consultant in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevSecOps practices and be capable of leading technical initiatives to enhance software delivery and security integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of DevSecOps professionals.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development processes.
- Integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure to support scalable applications.
- Utilize containerization technologies to improve deployment efficiency.
- Automate processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DevSecOps, with a focus on CI/CD, security integration, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps and related fields.
