About this role
The team is seeking an experienced DevOps Specialist to take ownership of CI/CD, release engineering, deployment automation, and progressive delivery for an AIOps Automation Programme. This role emphasizes the importance of reliable, secure, and auditable releases across non-production, canary, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Implement and maintain release engineering practices to facilitate efficient software delivery.
- Automate deployment processes to enhance reliability and speed.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in deployment and production environments.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met throughout the release process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Repos.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD and release engineering.
- Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, or similar infrastructure as code tools.
- Strong understanding of containerization technologies and orchestration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in DevOps and release management.
