About this role
The team is seeking a DevOps Lead specializing in Tulip and Historian to join their team. In this global leadership role, you will play a crucial part in building the data backbone of modern manufacturing, ensuring that life-changing medicines reach patients more efficiently. You will be responsible for standardizing and scaling historian and MES capabilities across multiple sites, providing real-time insights, traceability, and compliant execution on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of Aveva - PI Historian and TULIP MES solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of DevOps engineers in best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop and enforce standards for data integrity and system performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DevOps practices and methodologies.
- Strong expertise in Aveva - PI Historian and TULIP MES.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with cloud services and containerization technologies (e.g., AWS, Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a DevOps or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
