They are seeking an experienced and motivated DevOps Lead to guide and optimize their DevOps processes and infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of their software product suite.

In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of DevOps practices, collaborating closely with development and operations teams to enhance productivity and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in code deployment and infrastructure management.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement security best practices across the development and deployment processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in DevOps methodologies and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a DevOps role, with a strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 5-8 years in a DevOps or related field.
