The team is seeking a DevOps Lead/Manager to join their team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial in building a robust DevOps function that ensures the infrastructure remains fast, secure, and reliable as they scale their AI-powered Source-to-Pay platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the DevOps team to implement best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline processes and improve deployment frequency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in DevOps or a related field.
