About this role
The team is seeking a skilled DevOps Lead to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT with significant experience in DevOps leadership, focusing on cloud services and CI/CD practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design, implement, and manage Azure services including Azure Resource Manager, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure App Services.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Manage release processes and artifact repositories to ensure smooth deployments.
- Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (AKS) to optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve system reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a DevOps leadership or senior engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Azure services and tools, including Azure Key Vault and Azure Monitor.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and release management.
- Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of overall IT experience, with a focus on DevOps practices.
