About this role
The team is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud services, particularly GCP, and a solid background in containerization and orchestration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP.
- Utilize containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm and Operators.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automation of deployment processes.
- Write and maintain scripts in Bash to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure management.
- Monitor and log system performance using relevant tools to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
- Proficient in scripting languages, especially Bash.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
Experience: 5-8 years in a DevOps role, with a focus on cloud technologies.
