The team is seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager to lead their DevOps team and drive the implementation of best practices in software development and infrastructure management. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of development and operations, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, promoting professional growth and skill development.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a DevOps role, with a strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
