The team, a VC-backed healthcare startup, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of cloud infrastructure, deployments, reliability, and automation in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure.
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational processes using Terraform.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes and Docker-based environments.
- Monitor production systems and enhance reliability, performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Implement infrastructure, security, and cost-optimization best practices.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to boost developer productivity and deployment velocity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Prior experience in small or startup environments is essential.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
