About this role
The team is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer specializing in the Oracle RODOD stack to lead the end-to-end deployment of enterprise applications within their systems. This role is critical in ensuring architectural alignment, release governance, and production stability across complex platforms. The individual will drive platform stability, operational resilience, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end deployment and platform accountability of enterprise applications.
- Drive platform stability, operational resilience, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define and govern standards for stability, resilience, performance, scalability, and availability.
- Lead release governance across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring production readiness, deployment approvals, and rollback strategies.
- Act as the final Level-3 escalation point for high-priority incidents, leading root cause analysis, defect resolution, and service restoration.
- Champion DevOps practices by defining and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies.
- Govern multi-environment landscapes, including infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery readiness, and capacity planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Oracle RODOD telecom IT environments.
- Highly skilled in DevOps tooling and modern infrastructure platforms, including cloud and container technologies.
- Experience deploying Oracle-based applications such as Siebel CRM, BRM, FMW, OSM/UIM, and OSS.
- Confident in release, change, incident, and problem management within large-scale production systems.
- A collaborative leader with sound judgment, structured thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in DevOps roles, specifically within telecom IT environments.
